We took advantage of Disney's "Come to Disney World for FREE on your Birthday" and couldn't have been happier with the way the day went. The night before we went to eat at Downtown Disney's Raglan Road. It is an Irish restaurant and we feasted on their Dalkey Duo (battered cocktail sausages), chef's soup, Pie in the Sky (chicken and wild mushroom pie) and then Adrienne got a free Ger's Bread & Butter Pudding for her birthday. The bread pudding was awesome and it came with 2 sauces: butterscotch and something that tasted like creme brulee. Yum!!!

Gonna party like its your birthday!

There were several of these pumpkin-head scarecrows at the entrance to the park. The various themes were a baseball player, a cook, a band member, a mayor, etc, etc.

Notice all the Fall decor lining Main Street USA. A couple more weeks and it will all be changed to Christmas decorations. Despite what looks like a ton of people inside the park it actually wasn't that crowded. The longest wait all day was 40 minutes and surprisingly that was for the Peter Pan ride! Who would have guessed?

They just set off a few fireworks from the castle, but I wasn't able to time it right.

Aladdin's magic carpet ride on the left, the tower in the center is the Tiki Room, and then you've got another giant camel. Good times!
